Laura Minskere – chairwoman of the board and co-owner of Mediju tilts

Laura is one of the most experienced leaders of PR agencies in the Baltic region, with a wide experience in brand marketing communications, as well as organising public relations campaigns and lobbying.

Laura developed PR strategy and lobbying campaign for the mobile telecommunications market deregulation. For three years, she was consultant to Dainis Urbanovičs, the former mayor of Jūrmala, which is the biggest resort town in the Baltic region. At present, she leads social movement Sirdsdraugi (Breast friedns) www.sirdsdraugi.lv fighting against breast cancer, whose patron is Latvia’s former president Vaira Vīķe-Freiberga.

Laura has graduated from the University of Latvia with a degree in political science; she also holds an EMBA degree from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

Filips Rajevskis – member of the board and co-owner

Filips Rajevskis is one of the best, known political and business leader consultants in Latvia with a wide experience in the field of public affairs and governmental relations, public relations in the field of finance and energy, as well as crisis PR solutions. This political experience provides good support in building relations between the state power and many corporate clients.

At present, Filips is political commentator of Latvia’s major TV channel, LNT.

He was also official consultant to the State Anti-Corruption Commission that works on lobbying legislation. 

Filips has graduated from the University of Latvia in political science. He also studied political science in the University of Wales (Swansea, UK).

Evita Matisone – member of the board and partner of Mediju tilts

Evita has been working at Mediju tilts since its early days. She started her career as a PR consultant and now, for more than five years, she is a member of the board and partner of the agency. 

She is specialised in corporate communications, sponsoring and product PR. One shall particularly emphasise her proficiency in managing pan-Baltic campaigns to launch new products and services in the market. As strategic consultant, she has worked in the fields of transport, insurance, food and telecommunications. Given her long experience of media relations, Evita helps our clients to improve their skills of communicating with media by leading TV media training programmes.

Evita has graduated from the University of Latvia with a degree in communications science and from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga with an EMBA.

Gunārs Klēģers – corporate communications director, crisis communications and building corporate reputation

Gunārs enjoys eight-year experience of PR. As consultant, he has worked in various business sectors, including IT, transport and logistics, construction, education and trade. Gunārs was strategic consultant for the launch of e-Rīga, the largest IT Project in the municipal sector so far, in the process of merger of TTP and Rīgas satiksme, as well as in the development and implementation of crisis communications plan for Riga’s Southern bridge, the largest infrastructure facility in the Baltics in the last 25 years.

Apart from classic PR disciplines, like corporate communications and crisis PR, in which Gunārs is a leading expert, he is also specialised in social networks communication technologies. Today Gunārs is an active blogger and a expert of the Internet environment, he has also a good knowledge of video PR communications or Video 2.0.

Gunārs has graduated from the University of Latvia with a degree in communications science.
