Little superheroes

For their first participation in 1W4Ks PR agency Mediju tilts/Burson Marsteller decided to spend a day with ten children aged from 2 to 9, who are currently living with two foster families in the town of Bauska. Before joining their foster families, the children had been abused by their biological families.

PR firm Mediju Tilts/Burson Marsteller decided to take the children to a swimming pool before going for lunch at a local pizzeria. After the meal, the children turned the tables around and surprised our colleagues with a musical performance and with handmade presents they had especially prepared for them!

The group then headed to an ice hockey game to see their favourite team “Riga Dinamo” (which won the game!) and took the kids to meet the players. The day ended with many hugs, and with some children inviting our colleagues to their forthcoming birthday parties! Our colleagues were very impressed and moved by all the children.

They are confident that, despite their troubled passed, the children now have bright futures ahead of them – after all Superman himself had foster-parents!
