Laura is the agency’s creative strategist, and her know-how is the ability to combine logics and emotions. When developing strategies for public relations and lobbying campaigns, Laura integrates knowledge of business management with the understanding of the public, politics and media.
Both in business and state administration, indicators like sales, market share, ROI are expressed in numbers or based upon sociological data on public support level. Meanwhile, individuals are very emotional when taking decisions, although they try to motivate their choice with rational arguments. A creative strategist seeks to find a balance between dreams and action, between theory and reality.
Laura’s strong side is her ability to find an ‘emotional string’ for each audience, to set it in motion and achieve strategic goals. She accounts for more than 20 years of experience in developing both public relations and lobbying campaign strategies for popular Latvian and Baltic brands, as well as in developing crisis communication strategies and representing clients’ interests. Laura has developed creative strategies for many public information campaigns of state institutions, explaining to the public changes in tariff policy, taxation policy, digital services, informing about healthcare policy etc.
For many years, Laura has worked as mentor advising new companies. She is also a member of the SSE Riga Mentor Club.
